for reinforcing and protecting corners from chips, damage and cracks inside rooms and facades, door and window slopes in facade insulation systems by the “wet” method.
increasing the strength of corners;
protection of the plaster layer from cracks;
possibility of making perfectly equal corners;
reliable adhesion to the plaster;
corrosion protection.
The angle should be tightly pressed to the freshly applied adhesive mixture. The product must be pressed in such a way that the solution can penetrate through the holes of the corner. At the next stage of installation, one needs to adjust the angle of inclination using a spirit level. Next, one is to level the adhesive mixture with a putty knife and reinforce the “wings” of the profile together with the plaster mesh. After that, leave to dry. The use of an angle significantly simplifies the process of construction works during the installation of facade thermal insulation and the removal of corners by the “wet” method. The reinforcing mesh provides additional adhesion and protection of the junction of the corner and the surface.

BASE SET
Facade works
Technical characteristics
Type: for a base
Kind of angle: with reinforcing mesh
Material: PVC
Length, m: 2.5
Quantity in the package: 20
for creating and protecting the lower corner of the starting row of thermal insulating boards in building insulation systems.
The set includes a base profile and a drip profile with fibreglass mesh.
preventing the formation of condensate under the insulation system;
preventing leakage of insulation during precipitation;
reliable adhesion to the plaster coating, which, in turn, prevents the appearance of cracks on the surface;
aesthetic decoration of the facade.
Before starting the installation of the base profile, it is worth drawing a level line of the house base. Profiles must be fixed with dowels at a distance of 30–40 cm from each other. When working with corner joints, the base profile is to be cut at an angle of 45 degrees. Next, the installation of thermal insulating boards takes place, when it is completed – a drip profile, which is also included in the set, is to be applied to the lower corner of the board. The drip profile and the fibreglass mesh are pressed into the pre-applied adhesive mixture. During the application of the main layer of adhesive, the fibreglass mesh of the “drip edge” must be joined to the fibreglass mesh of the facade. The work is completed with a standard scheme for warming the facade of the building.

WINDOW REVEAL PROFILE WITH A MESH
Interior works
Technical characteristics
Type of profile: for a window
Kind of profile: with reinforcing mesh
Material: PVC
Length, m: 2.5
Width, mm: 3/6/9
Width of the mesh, mm: 100
Colour: white, graphite, brown, golden oak
Number of pieces in the package: 20/25
for forming window slopes, executing the expansion joint between the window frame and the plaster.
- thickening and sealing of assembly joints;
- corners strengthening;
- prevention of cracks between plaster and window frame, intensified reinforcement due to the mesh;
- protection against moisture penetration under the thermal insulation material of the window block;
- simple and neat decoration of the space around the window.
The window profile is installed in window slopes inside and outside buildings. Works must begin with cleaning, drying and degreasing the window frame surfaces. The next step is to remove the yellow protective foil from the foam of the window profile and stick it to the frame. After that, one should leave the structure to dry for at least 2 hours and proceed to the next stage, which is sticking a protective foil that will protect the window and the glass unit from contamination with the plaster. To do so, one removes the protective foil from the profile under which there is an adhesive polyethylene strip, whereto the profile adheres. The plaster should be applied so that it can penetrate into the profile groove. The rest of the plaster should be carefully cut with a putty knife on the profile edge. After the plaster has dried, the removable part should be removed from the profile, and the protective foil should be removed from the window.
